HOW DO I ADD A PRODUCT TO MY CART? To add a product to your cart, simply go to the product page and click on the ‘Add to cart’ button. Your product will automatically appear in your basket. You can then continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED? You can pay for your order by credit card in euros (CB, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Discover) or Apple Pay. We do not accept bank transfers or cheques.

ARE OUR ONLINE PAYMENTS SECURE? Yes, we use a highly recognized and secure payment processor. This system is directly integrated into our online shop, ensuring that your bank details are perfectly protected.

I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION E-MAIL AFTER PLACING MY ORDER, WHY? We recommend checking the spam or junk mail folder of your email inbox. If you still can't find it, contact us by email at contact@faytan.com.

WHEN IS MY ORDER DISPATCHED? We aim to process and dispatch all orders within a maximum of 48 hours after your purchase (Monday to Friday). Public holidays and weekends are not included.

DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY? No. We do not charge for delivery. Home delivery is completely free.

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION? Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking information for your parcel.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME? For the Denmark, delivery is generally estimated between 2 and 7 business days (Monday to Friday).

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING A PRODUCT? To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. For more details, please consult our refund and returns policy.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY PRODUCT? Our returns policy lasts for 30 days, during which time you can return your item to us. Contact us at contact@faytan.com. to initiate a return. We will proceed with the refund or exchange according to your request. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
